Haddletons and Connexica  Ltd (www.connexica.com) announced that they have reached agreement to help clients with their preparations for the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Haddletons will provide the legal knowledge and industry experience (having implemented GDPR when its GDPR team worked inhouse). Connexica will provide the IT expertise and its highly-rated proprietary search engine software, CXAIR, to help clients search for personal data and affected contracts. The solution will also provide a useful tool to respond to subject access requests after implementation of GDPR on 25 May 2018;

James Haddleton founder and director of Haddletons and Gary Luke, MD of Connexica commented:

“We are delighted to be working together for the benefit of clients as they prepare for GDPR. Given our extensive IT and legal capabilities as well as our practical experience of data protection implementation, we are ideally placed to provide effective support to organisations. Taking steps now will help organisations mitigate their exposure to the penalties under GDPR (which are up to 4% of company turnover worldwide).
