Gerard is a senior corporate lawyer with over 20 years' experience in helping businesses complete their most business-critical corporate transactions.

He has particular expertise in UK & cross-border M&A, joint ventures,and private equity and venture capital transactions.

Gerard has been a partner in a London City firm as well as General Counsel of an AIM listed healthcare technology company which he was bought into to help float in 2018. He has cross sectoral experience, but with a particular focus on the technology sector.
